Request Account Deletion
You can request the deletion of your Drop account and associated personal data at any time. Enter the email address associated with your Drop account below, and we will create a secure deletion request. Our team will review and process it — your account will not be deleted immediately upon submission.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- • Profile information — display name, phone number
- • Reviews and feedback — all feedback and ratings you submitted
- • Driver profile — if you were registered as a delivery driver, your name and phone will be anonymized
- • Order personal data — your name, email, phone, and delivery address will be removed from order records
Data That May Be Retained
Certain data is retained for legal, accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes:
- • Anonymized order records — kept for 7 years for accounting and tax compliance. Personal identifiers (name, email, phone, address) are removed; only transaction amounts and order status are retained.
- • Payout records — retained for 7 years for financial auditing and tax purposes.
- • Restaurant business data — if you owned a restaurant, the restaurant listing is retained as business data.
